Hybrid Planning Application Submitted

Bewley Homes have submitted a hybrid planning application for the development of a residential community comprising 350 new homes on land at Common Farm, Wash Water, Newbury. The application has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority – Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

Once the Council have validated the planning application they will commence a period of consultation on the application where you will be able to view the full suite of application documents we have submitted and make comments to the Council on the proposals. These comments will be considered when the Council determine the planning application.

Watermill Bridge Non-Technical Summary Flooding Note

In response to comments received during the community consultation, the following note has been prepared by the project’s hydrology consultant which provides a non-technical summary of the work that has been undertaken so far and the next steps regarding the flooding and hydraulic modelling at Watermill Bridge.
